The version of CRLSet being used by Chrome can be inspected by navigating to chrome://components:

How do I enable normal checks? It's really easy to enable standard revocation checking in Google Chrome. Navigate to the Chrome settings window, chrome://settings/, click on "Show advanced settings" and then scroll down to the "HTTPS/SSL" section. Once there, you need to tick the "Check for server certificate revocation" option. That's it!
