Every resolver SHOULD be asking for the NS records from the child zone in parallel
- with he query that triggered the discovery of the delegation.
We are not living in the pre-Kaminski world anyone, every piece of information that is used in resolution SHOULD be of highest credibility.
I support what Knot is doing i.e. only minimal answers,
- as paranoid resolvers SHOULD only follow information from outside Answer section for bootstrapping.
