For customers who're still experiencing issues, please try modifying your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8  (Google DNS) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS).  This should resolve these issues.

It takes time for DNS servers worldwide to map our domain to our IP address.

Android users facing issues accessing services follow these steps:

If you do nothing, within hours the IP will resolve.
 But the DNS change is not risky with Google or Cloudflare DNS.
 It would help you access http://Zoho.com  quickly.

Elizabeta, at this point, we have made the necessary changes at our end.
It is only a matter of time before these changes are detected by service providers across the world.

@elizabeta14 , Your anger is misdirected.
You know that technically, It’s local ISPs caching bad records.
The change Zoho is suggesting will expedite a fix for you. Issues and outages happen.
In the year I’ve used Zoho this is the first time I’ve ever had a significant issue.
