メイルに代えてwikiを使う

概要
wikiはウェブページ作成を簡単にするツールであるが、 特定のグループ内ではwebメイルの代わりに使えそうである。 wikiの中でもpythonで書かれたMoinMoinは拡張性が優れている。 アクセス制御を利用して、特定の利用者間の情報交換にも利用できる。 気楽にプライベートな会話のための手段ともなる。 変更の記録が残り、あとで整理するのも楽だ。 メイルの気楽さを保ちつつspamやウィルスの心配のない通信手段としてMoinMoinを試している。 これらの使用経験と管理の経験を披露して議論の材料とし、wikiの活用をはかりたい。

Abstract
We discuss about using MoinMoin wiki as an alternative mail tool. Wiki is made for easy creation of web pages, though we are using it as a web mail in a small group of people. MoinMoin is written in python and has extensible features, especially access control list. So, we can use it for the communication of small group of people, and for lighthearted communications. The history feature of editing helps very much to restructure documents afterwards. Keeping the easiness of using e-mail, we are using MoinMoin wiki for spam/virus free communication. In this paper, we introduce our experience about usage and management of MoinMoin wiki, hoping for improving wiki tools.
